United StatesBASED ON THE REVIEWS I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE SMELL BUT IT WAS PLEASANT. IT DEFINETLY IS OILED BASED SO DON'T SPRAY REALLY CLOSE UNLESS U WANT TO SEE THE OIL WHICH ISN'T A BAD THING WHEN SPRAYING CAR VINYL INTERIOR. I'VE SPRAYED IT ON THE COUCH COVERS, DOOR KNOBS, LIGHT SWITCHES AND FAUCETS WITHOUT ANY BUILD UP ISSUES. I WOULD BUY THIS AGAIN.

The price was a little higher than I would have paid at the store, but I am pleased to have found a company that has it. this spray does not affect my respiratory system like the commercial chemical products.
