Want an exchange?
You can send unused/unopened items for an exchange. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Want a return/refund?
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt for unused/unopened items.
Please note: you will need an RMA number for any return packages. We cannot process any returns without it, so please do not send anything before receiving it.
In case you're using your own preferred method, please send us the tracking number.
If you refuse the package or provide a wrong shipping address, we will not be responsible to give you a refund.

We are not responsible for return shipping cost for buyer's remorse regarding taste/smell/touch, unless the product is expired. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us prior to buying. Thank you!
